Processing procedure main equipment as follows:
1Heat interchangerusing the out of wheel unheated dry air is to cool coating exhaust.
Heat interchanger is plate-fin heat exchanger,the material is
aluminum. Special Design.
2Circulating water heat interchangerusing circulating cooling water cool off.
3Frozen water heat interchangermaking the exhaust gas temperature reduction by 7C chilled water,part of NMP condensing down.The heat interchangers are manufactured specialy.
4Water chilling unitthe refrigerating unit is modular unitssupply the 7C temperature frozen water.
5Adsorption wheelHONEYCOMB adsorption wheel will adsorb and concentrate the NMP.
6Regeneration heaterthe heater will heat the air to 140C,supplying heat for the NMP which is in adsorption wheel second
volatile.
7Aftercooler:part of aftertreatment clean air was after heated,blowing adsorption wheel make the NMP in
the wheel discharge with the air, this moment there are lots of NMP in the
air.The air with NMP through a water recirculator reduce temperature ,making the NMP condense down. The heat interchangers are manufactured specialy.
8Processing fan: it will send the air after coating into the unit for concentrating processing.
9Regeneration fanmaking regeneration air in the HONEYCOMB adsorption wheel out.
